SPORT d.o.o. keeps a lounge on the shop floor so fitting does not mean parking a child in an aisle. The kids corner has a low seat and a play nook; adults wait on the cream sofa while a rail is pulled or a hem is marked. Shopping for four sizes in one visit is the point of a family hall.

Hypoallergenic file
Textile lots carried by SPORT d.o.o. are certified hypoallergenic with 0 PPM formaldehyde. That number is a lab result on the lot file, not a print on the chest. Ask to see the sheet when you buy for infant sizes.
Wash rules
Family Look capsules share a wash temperature so a Saturday load is one machine, not three. SPORT d.o.o. will not hang a children's knit next to a coating that needs dry cleaning unless you ask for that mix.

Express fitting in the salon, plus a stylist
SPORT d.o.o. marks hems and sides while you wait. Express fitting is done in the salon, not sent out for a week. If a piece needs more than a hem, the stylist says so before the machine starts.
Personal styling sits on the same floor: a capsule for school, a capsule for a weekend, or a wholesale pack for another counter. Free holds for fitting are written on a hanger ticket. You collect within the window on the slip; SPORT d.o.o. does not charge to reserve the rail.
